What number/email address should I use if I need to contact you?

What is your minimum order value?

We have NO minimum order value so feel free to order as much, or as little as you want.

What are your delivery charges?

If you are within mainland UK we offer free delivery on orders above £60 (ex VAT) otherwise delivery in £8.50 per order.

If you are based outside of these UK we offer EXWORKS shipping where you can collect orders from our warehouse. 

We can also arrange specific shipping rates with bespoke pricing depending on the order quantity. To get a bit more information on this please email holly@bubbletcosmetics.com

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin to process your order as soon as we receive it, your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 working days subject to stock availability.

Do you offer credit accounts?

At the moment we do not offer credit accounts. We are looking to add this feature by the end of 2019. If you would rather purchase using a credit account please email holly@bubbletcosmetics.com for further information.

How do I pay for my order?

Online orders can be paid for by all major credit and debit cards (including American Express and Paypal), BACs or you can opt to confirm your order.

Will a tracking number be provided?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

I haven't received my order, what should I do? 

Please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)203 869 2211 with your order number and they will be happy to assist you.

I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear this,  so we can make a claim with our carrier please do ensure you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order, unfortunately due to the terms and conditions with our carrier we cannot accept claims sent after this period of time.

What happens if I want to return the items I have ordered?

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items within 7 working days after receipt. We can only accept the return of goods if they are unopened, unless they are received damaged.
